Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your ELI account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the ELI app and go to your profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm the request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@eli.business from the mobile number or email associated with your account and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and account credentials.
  • Content you created, such as business/provider profiles, posts, reels, stories, reviews, and uploaded media.
  • Your saved items and preferences.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or for security. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed promptly. Backups and logs are purged on a rolling schedule.
