Community Standards
ELI is a place to discover and recommend trusted local businesses and services. These Community Standards keep ELI safe and useful for everyone. They apply to all content, including business listings, posts, reels, stories, reviews, comments, and messages.
No objectionable content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Do not post content that is:
- Hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors.
- Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Spam, scams, or misleading business information.
- Infringing on others’ intellectual property or privacy.
Be honest
Reviews and recommendations must reflect genuine experiences. Do not post fake reviews, impersonate others, or misrepresent a business.
Reporting & enforcement
You can report content or users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, and warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Standards. We act on reports of objectionable content and remove it, and we may eject the user who provided it.
Blocking
You can block other users in the app to stop seeing their content and prevent them from contacting you.
