These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ELI app and https://eli.business (the “Services”) provided by ELII&T PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ELI a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services, including on public web pages. You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights to share it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct is described in our Community Standards, which are part of these Terms.
Business & provider listings
Information in business and provider listings is supplied by users and is provided “as is”. ELI does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listing, and is not a party to transactions between users and businesses.
Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. ELI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
