End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and ELI and governs your use of the ELI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to this Agreement.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the applicable app store terms.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the App.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the App or its security.
User-generated content & zero tolerance
The App allows users to create and share content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the App you agree to our Community Standards. We provide tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users, and we will review reports and remove violating content and users.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Your use is at your own risk.
Apple-enabled software
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and ELI only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the App.
